Practitioners Mastermind Program Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: January 27, 2026
These Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply specifically to the “Ahead of the Wave” Practitioners Mastermind offered by CTFutures (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for and participating in this program, participants (“Participant(s),” you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to CTFutures' General Terms and Conditions available here.
1. Program Overview
The Practitioners Mastermind is an 8-week facilitated learning experience for sustainability practitioners. The program includes:
Four 2-hour live mastermind sessions facilitated every other week via Zoom;
Four pre-session surveys with integrated insights analysis;
Access to a curated resource library (including templates, frameworks, guides, etc.);
Peer accountability pods; and
Community discussions between sessions.
2. Program Delivery
2.1 Schedule and Format
Sessions: Four live sessions held every other week via Zoom. Specific session dates and times will be communicated to registered Participants at least one week prior to the program start date.
Cohort Size: Limited enrollment with small accountability pods to ensure meaningful peer connection and engagement.
2.2 Session Recordings
All live sessions will be recorded for internal use only. These recordings are not provided to Participants and will not be posted or shared publicly.
Session recordings are used solely by the CTFutures facilitation team to create written summaries of key insights, themes, and discussions. These summaries will be anonymized and shared with all Participants, ensuring that the Chatham House Rule is maintained and Participants can share freely in the sessions without concern.
By participating in sessions, you consent to being recorded for this internal facilitation purpose.
2.3 Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
Reliable internet connection capable of video conferencing;
Access to Zoom (free account is sufficient);
A working camera and microphone for active participation; and
Email access for surveys, communications, and resource sharing;
CTFutures is not responsible for a Participant’s technical issues that prevent attendance or participation.
2.4 Schedule Modifications
CTFutures reserves the right to modify session dates or times with reasonable advance notice (minimum 24 hours) due to:
Facilitator illness or emergency;
Technical outages beyond our control; and
Other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a session cancellation or rescheduling, we will work with participants to find an alternative date. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a pro-rated refund or credit may be offered at CTFutures' sole discretion.
